Remote Recruiting Coordinator - Full Time 

 

Are you an experienced Recruiting Coordinator looking to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition Optimization team, bringing a wealth of recruiting strategies that contribute to the success of organizational goals?  Aviacode is looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator who will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting and identifying quality talent that satisfy our hiring needs.  Aviacode provides exceptional medical coding services to clients all over the United States.  This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting growth company in healthcare services.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for medical coding positions.  You will maintain a pulse on internal talent that may be available to fill existing needs, and will leverage various sources to identify external talent.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working well with internal customers, being flexible and creative in sourcing strategies, and managing multiple position opens simultaneously.  

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers by providing guidance, expertise, and talent advising to hire the best talent for the team
  • Responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while also ensuring a quality and positive candidate experience
  • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive

  • Maintain an active awareness of internal candidate availability and skills and assess whether or not external recruiting efforts may be needed to staff our coding projects
  • Develop recruiting collateral, job postings, and other tools to build our employment brand and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements and relevant employment laws

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for finding the best talent, and is someone that thrives in an active environment
  • Minimum of five years of recruiting experience, with at least two in medical coding healthcare recruitment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans for high volume recruitments and difficult to fill positions
  • Creative approaches to sourcing for difficult to fill positions is critical for this role. Must be able to search and screen passive candidates
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and to provide advice to hiring managers
  • Experience and comfort with high volume recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and related experience
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
  • US-based candidates only 
  • Home office with reliable internet service provider - position is employee status (W-2)
